At New Horizon Preschool, we recognize that early childhood is a critical period for nurturing the whole child. The program refines small-muscle control through art, manipulatives, and pre-writing activities, establishing the essential foundation for handwriting and future academic success.

Elementary

Our hope is to offer students and families the opportunity to meet peers who share similar values and visions for their future. With this foundation, lifelong friendships emerge with others who share and support their beliefs. Students have a strong sense of self within a school environment that is safe and respects their individuality.
The ‘Leader in Me’ program focuses on developing leadership skills in students through the integration of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
With a balance of kindness and firmness, students are guided to become responsible, respectful, and resourceful members of the community by using encouragement and teaching.
The Zones of Regulation is a self-regulation curriculum that helps students identify and manage their emotions with the goal of helping them recognize and understand that their feelings are valid.
Through a variety of educational learning tools, technology enhances personalized learning, provides engaging and dynamic learning experiences, and prepares students for future careers.
Arabic, Quran, Islamic Studies, STEAM, P.E., and Art are important for a well-rounded education, moving beyond core academics to develop students' personal interests, practical skills, and overall engagement in learning.

Middle School
Leading the way and empowering our youth
Middle School offers students an opportunity to engage in athletics, participate in Student Leadership, experience electives, and explore 21st Century skills in a robust, technologically enriched learning environment
To provide a holistic approach to the importance of physical activity, Islamic Wellness, and nutrition have been added to the athletics program for a well rounded education on that matter.
French Club and Student Leadership Club (SLC) are currently offered during lunch and this will continue to grow based on the student's interests and requests.
Student Leadership is nurtured and encouraged at every grade level throughout the school. This ranges from classroom jobs and SLC to student-led assemblies and PEP rallies.
We actively guide students through the proper use of technology to maintain academic integrity. 1:1 ChromeBook program.
